Paste www.stardoll.com and hit go.
Log in and the Ken Doll should be in your suite.
Now go to http://www.stardoll.com/en/clubs/home.php?id=5475613&action=ma&ac=5475613 and join the club. The perfume bottle should be in your suite.
You can now log out and return to stardoll as usual.
