Are well known designers better to buy from?

Well are they? Sometimes they are, but not all the time,
sometimes the smaller or less known are better, sometimes
their designs are just as good or even better than the well known
superstars, sometimes big, well known superstars, have good prices
but when you go to get something of theirs, well its gone, so smaller
designers most of the time, can have the same clothing and there all
there.
