Party Changes!

Hey everyone! I was chatting with one of my BFFs (star-to-be) and we were planning to throw an online party, but then she pointed out that  now if you want to throw a party you need to pay 5SD except for 3 rooms:

What also caught my eye was that when I went to the presentation of the club Stardoll Royalty I saw this:

Do u think royalty members get to throw parties for free? IDK.

I also got thoughts when I remembered the trophy Mandy had shown us:

Could it be awarded to the person who threw most parties each day,week, etc.? Or is it a part of play and earn along with covergirl, album, catwalk, etc.?
