There's a new free thing for you, and it's very easy to get.
1. Go to http://au.worldproxy.tracking202.com2. Type in stardoll.com in the Proxy URL Bar and log in as you normally do.
3. Close the window and go to your normal suite, VOILÀ!

Sorry, I don't know any other australian proxy. But it's probably available in other countries, too, so you can try out:
schoolunlock.info
myproxy.ca
daveproxy.co.uk
goproxing.com
Does one of them work?
