If you are from the UK, click HERE and either create a FROZEN chat or join one.
If not go to chat and set the country to Great Britain like so
Once it has loaded, click on a user and join the party. When it has loaded, you can leave and go to your suite.
The snowman should be in a FROZEN bag in your suite.
