That dress was from something like the 80 million users celebration- I don't know why they have re-uploaded it. I noticed it was in the spoilers 5 times or something. I suspect that they are testing or planning to upload something they don't want us seeing yet- the eco contest was finally closed so maybe that store is coming soon?
